Terms and conditions

We try to make shopping on Karolin.be a seamless and happy experience. It is important to us that our customers experience that they are being offered the highest standards of service so we aim to offer you a very personal service.You can find all of our key information online but please do not hesitate to contact us at any time by phone or email. ORDER TRACKING

After you purchase your selection of products, you will receive a confirmation email. Once payment

details have been approved your order will be prepared for shipment. When the product is shipped you will receive a second email that confirms the shipment. A tracking number is given to you, so you can follow your shipment through our shipping company.

In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, you will receive an email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting further information.

Shipping times will vary based on the service selected at checkout. Please note Karolin.be cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.

CANCELLATIONS

Karolin.be gives every customer the opportunity to cancel their purchase. Please contact us at studio@Karolin.be.be to start your return process

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide via Bpost. Karolin.be does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Karolin.be cannot redirect orders once they leave the store. Deliveries are made between 9am-5/6pm from Monday to Friday.

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Please give up to 7 workdays to receive your order

Occasionaly Karolin.be runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page. !

DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers, we ship orders with delivery duty unpaid. This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax but there may be other local taxes that you may need to pay to receive your goods.

We ship to Europe via Bpost. If you have any further questions please contact Customer Service to submit an enquiry and one of our customer services members will get back to you.

EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSR)

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling

Regulations 2000 (DSR), provided we receive written notice from you within fourteen calendar

days of receipt of your order. If you choose to exercise this right, you must inform our customer services team in writing that you wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs.

Please click here to contact our customer services team within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Our customer services team will advise you of the next steps, however, you will be required to send the package back to us at your own cost. The full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your cancelled order. If we do not receive the cancelled order we will arrange a collection from you at your cost. Please note that if you cancel your order using the DSR, you will be responsible for the full cost and arrangement of the return delivery of the item. This may include any additional import duties and taxes that are incurred as a result of your return. As these charges are your responsibility, you may wish to contact your chosen postal service provider to find out what you can expect to pay.
